Palmers Return Policy

You have up to 7 days upon receiving the shipment to return items purchased on palmersapparel.com

  • Orders must be returned by mail only.
  • Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
  • Undergarments cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is delivered allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
  • After inspection allow 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. You have up to 7 days upon receiving the shipment to report damages or issues. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exchanges
Palmers does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
